Looking for an admin role to kick start your HR career?We are seeking an HR admin star to provide assistance to our very busy General Manager of Human Resources. This is a newly created administrative function so there is scope to make the role your own. Some of the key functions of the role will include: taking ownerships and managing the recruitment process, supporting the performance review process, training and development, employment documentation and other general administration.You must have experience in an administration role, or you maybe a recent graduate from an HR or related degree looking for a fast paced role to kick start your HR career. A high level of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal, are essential for this role.To be successful in this role you must be reliable, flexible to work additional hours as required, have a good eye for detail and accuracy with the ability to self-organise and prioritise.
