You will be tasked with developing and delivering HR enterprise and business unit HR initiatives and programs that drive organisational change and business performance. The role will also play an active part in coaching and mentoring our team of Organisational Change Consultants.Key deliverables in this role over the next 18 months will be to:- Support and contribute to the delivery of the strategic people change agenda across our newly integrated organisation- Be a leader and change agent to embed a high value suite of HR services and specialist capability- Demonstrate, lead and contribute to the achievement of identified cultural ambitions for the newly combined businessTo be successful in this role, you will be a strong HR practitioner, with proven experience in organisational change, business transformation and re-organisation delivery and implementation. You will be a confident and passionate self-starter, with excellent project management skills, coupled with the collaborative stakeholder management, influencing and innovation.Your contribution will always be greatly rewarded here.
