We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, career minded individual who can work to high standards in the delivery of outstanding customer service.
The appointee will assist a Property Manager and report to the Portfolio Manager. The role will involve maintaining close working relationships with customers and operational personnel to ensure effective management and service is delivered on a day to day basis. This will include assisting with managing and maintaining the physical integrity and presentation of properties to the highest standard, lease administration and dealing with occupancy issues and attending to a range of property related issues including legal matters, real estate marketing and capital work projects. Key attributes for this role are high levels of energy, a flexible working style, the ability to multi task and carry out instructions with a minimum brief and display high levels of initiative whilst possessing a personal style which engenders trust and confidence.
Recent, or about to qualify, property graduates will find this a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, highly professional and respected property company.
