This role is within a small but well established and proactive business that utilises the latest technology.As Client Services Coordinator you will provide administrative and sales support to accounting staff and play a pivotal role in our business as we position ourselves for growth opportunities. Your main responsibilities will include: working closely with accountants to coordinate and monitor client work flows supporting our accountants with administrative tasks being a first point of contact for our clients the administration of annual process requirements for clientsThis role is varied and you will therefore need to be highly organised and have the confidence to manage client and staff relationships. You will be comfortable using technology and be adaptable to change.Ideally you will have some book keeping and accounting experience, however we will provide full training if required.
