An excellent opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to join this Leading Financial Services Business.Key accountabilities are as follows:To provide HR support to Management, HR and all employees as requiredTo be responsible for the recruitment processes within the organisation in conjunction with the business managers. This will include liaison with key suppliers, maintenance of the online recruitment system, production of contracts and training of managers.To interface with overseas offices for all enquiries relating to payroll, including ensuring monthly pay is correct and processed on time.To ensuring compliance with all relevant legalisation, including all Offices throughout New Zealand have the necessary representationTo maintain and improve the HR intranet containing all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with proposed employment legislationTo be responsible for the induction programme for all new entrants both on day one and the induction courseTo provide HR management information to the business including absence, recruitment, headcount and any other information that may be required from time to time.To provide support relating to Performance Management processes including advice on process and assistance in providing development solutions.Applicants will possess the following:Well developed PC Skills including PowerPoint, Excel and WordAble to communicate with all levelsGood attention to detailPrevious experience of working in a professional services organisation3+ Years HR ExperienceIt is important that you will have gained your experience in a large corporate envionment, preferably from Financial or Professional Services, Technology or other Corporate environment where structure and process is key.
