We are looking for a sharp Compliance Officer who will assist with our response to existing and emerging legislation and policy requirements.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Manager Operational Risk with developing and effectively managing key legal and policy compliance. The role will involve contributing to risk and compliance projects, assisting with the development of compliance management processes and ensuring appropriate tools and resources are in place to support a wider understanding of legal and policy compliance. The role will also be responsible for maintaining risk and compliance information and producing risk and compliance reports as required.The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Ability to work with people at all levels;
- Willingness to give things a go and have a can-do attitude;
- Strong work ethic, high attention to detail, organised, follow-through and motivated by completion of tasks;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written;
- Experience in either audit or legal services would be an advantage.
