One of our wonderful recruiters has been seconded into another role within ANZ, so we’re looking for an experienced recruiter to hit the ground running as part of our busy Wellington teams for a 6 month period.Reporting to the Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for providing high quality advice and support across the end to end recruitment process. You will be portfolio aligned, supporting recruitment of roles that range from entry level through to senior management.As a pro-active solution provider, you will have broad recruitment and selection experience, an ability to build credibility with your stakeholders and a proven background of working effectively at all levels within a competitive business environment. Commercially astute and resilient, you will have a strong delivery focus honed through experience.To be successful you will possess drive and desire to understand business requirements though partnership with key stakeholders. Advanced communication skills are a pre-requisite along with the determination to contribute to overall business objectives.It is essential that you have:

  • Internal and/or external recruitment experience
  • Ability to manage and develop stakeholder relationships
  • A high level of resilience
  • Well developed organisation and time management skills
  • Exemplary communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
