DESCRIPTION OF ADVERTOur client is currently seeking an experienced Registered Valuer with previous experience in the public sector. In this role you will be charged with identification and prioritisation of specific legislative issues. You will be dealing with a large number of different entities in this role and will need to have a well rounded view of Property from management through to valuation.Ideally you will have; Law or property degree Experience in land acquisition The ability to scope out work Understanding of land tenure issues Experience in project management Relationship and negotiation skillsThis position is best suited to someone who is seeking a role where no two days are the same. You will be involved with a lot of project work and more likely to find yourself outside in meetings rather than in an office.
