We are one of New Zealand’s leading alcoholic beverage companies with great brands for many occasions.Working as part of the New Zealand and wider Trans Tasman Innovation team, this role partners internal stakeholders such as the Marketing Brand Team, Sales,Operations, and Finance as well as externalparties including, NPD, suppliers and design agencies.In conjunction with the Innovation Director,the successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects ofearly ideation resulting inInnovation opportunities. They will be responsible for identifying piercing insights, multiple sources of consumer information and leading projects that come out of these.A good understanding of strategy development,marketing and brandstrategy especially when it comes tothinking outside the square (Blue Ocean strategy) is important in this role. Along with a basic understanding in consumer or product tracking databases, performance or marketing brand tracking databases (eg AC Nielsen, tns brand tracker).To be successful inthis role you will have: experiencein Marketing/Sales or NPD, preferably within an FMCG environment degree qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline experience inleading and coaching venture and project teams strong commercial acumen exceptional analytical and problem solving skills excellent communication and stakeholder management skills strong project management and prioritisation skillsIf you feel you have the necessary skills, qualifications & experience, we look forward to receiving your application.
