My client is a leader in providing outdoor equipment for serious adventurers! With a focus on quality, purpose designed pieces, my client is looking for a Regional Manager to join their enthusiastic and vibrant team. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, the Regional Manager will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of Store Managers and team members to achieve the brand vision. You will be responsible for:
- Maximising sales opportunities through outstanding customer service
- Financial performance/cost control
- HR practices – recruitment, training and development
- Store presentation and visual merchandising
- Stock control
- Health and safety
- Loss prevention
I am looking for a team player with extensive multi-site retail management experience. You will have a strong focus on staff leadership and be a customer service ambassador. You will possess strong verbal and written communication and be accurate in the information that you produce. You will be self starting, flexible, organised and reliable.
