The Position
The role is responsible for co-ordinating many aspects of the inventory to ensure that stock levels, stock accuracy and stock integrity are maintained.
This challenging role requires an experienced individual who will be able to identify current needs and recommend and implement appropriate systems and processes.
There is also liaison with other areas of the business to co-ordinate aspects of inventory control across both company and franchise stores.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Monitor and co-ordinatestock inventory levels across a multi sited business
- Co-ordinate prevention and resolution strategies for Inventory issues
- Inventory Control – Stock Variance analysis and reporting
- Maintain retail store stock levels together with accuracy of stock levels
- Plan and coordinate twice yearly stocktakes (travel to stores preferred)
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
- High commitment to servicing internal and external customer‘s needs
- Demonstrated inventory control experience in a high transaction volume environment
- Highly competent in data analysis and report writing
- Clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels and with many functions across the business
- Excellent project management and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
