With a huge amount of change initiatives driven through the business, this leading organisation needs to ensure the business change management framework is applied consistently and effectively across the organisation. This is where you come in.
Manage the impact of change initiatives on the wider business and establish a sustainable operating model for embedding change within the business. In addition to this you will be responsible for ensuring an enterprise wide view of change and visibility of the change management framework and underpinning processes at all levels.
End to end change management services including creating change management programmes, business case work, developing change strategies and training materials/documentation for the business will also be part of your remit.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 4 years change management experience
- Experience in developing change management strategies with an understanding of change management principles and methodologies
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage at all levels and manage relationships across the wider business
