We’re looking for experienced business to business sales people to develop and manage a portfolio of clients in Australia, working from our NZ base in Albany, North Shore.We service Australian clients right across the Real Estate industry, selling a sought-after service that is already the NZ market leader.To be successful you’ll need to be comfortable selling new business over the phone, following up leads, dealing with decision makers and closing a steady pipeline of sales.You’ll pride yourself on establishing a rapport with your customers and developing relationships that lead to long term repeat business. Your portfolio of repeat business will then provide you with a long term sustainable income circa $100k+.Achievers will have the following qualities:
- Proven phone based new business sales track records
- Ability to establish rapport with clients and close sales
- Excellent communication skills with people on all levels
- Highly motivated with drive to succeed
- Able to write effective business eMails and confident using a PC
Because you’ll be calling Australia, working hours will be 11am to 7pm, so you’ll get to sleep in and come to work refreshed.We are based on the North Shore in the Albany Industrial Estate and have an excellent database of leads and prospects, managed through our easy to use CRM system.You’ll join a small friendly team in comfortable modern premises with parking provided, and you’ll enjoy the luxury of working in your own individual office.This position offers an excellent base salary with a high commission package that will enable you to earn a sustained $100k+ package.
