We are looking to recruit an exceptional Store Manager committed to providing excellence in customer service and growing their business. As the Store Manager, you’ll be working with and motivating a close knit team, who are as passionate about our products and the service we provide, as you are. You’ll assist your team in exceeding sales targets, providing excellence in customer service and growing the business, all in a hands on role.
You will need
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a retail store management position
- A love for homewares, gift and exceptional product
- Experience in mentoring a retail team to success in sales and service
- Exceptional communication skills and a drive to succeed
