Youll need to be confident, savvy and have retail management experience. Know whats hot and whats not. Love meeting KPIs and have a flare for visual merchandising. Youll also love matching your customers to the right pair of jeans, and know how to train your team to develop similar matchmaking skills. Whats more, you dont mind being available to work on a roster which includes evenings and weekends.
