Your pivotal role is to provide IS Support for Bupa Care Services users nationally which includes day to day operations on the service desk (call answering, assignment and management, incident resolution, request provision and desktop support), system administration, capacity, availability and continuity management, documentation & reporting and IT training for all Bupa users.This role is based in our support office in Porirua, Wellington.
