Its an exciting time of growth and change at the Open Polytechnic as we move to become the leader in technology-enabled open and distance learning.
Our inbound Contact Centre is the main point of contact for all enquires and we are looking to hire two CSRs. Out of the two roles available one is available on a permanent basis and the other is available on a 12 months fixed term contract.
If you have excellent communication skills and a fantastic phone manner, the ability to think on your feet, work competently on various computer systems (Microsoft skills and a knowledge of databases is a must), and accurate keyboard skills, we want to hear from you. Previous experience in a contact/call centre role ideally within the education sector would be an advantage.
