Sussan is a leading Australian women’s fashion retailer, offering fashionable collections, which allow customers to find their own personal style.We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Co Store Manager to join the management team in one of our Premium Stores.
Reporting to the Premium Store Manager, your role will be to support the Manager in all aspects of the store’s performance including; inspiring the team to drive sales, achieving outstanding financial results and delivering a fabulous experience for our customer every time she visits our store.
You will be responsible for the running of the store in the Manager’s absence.
To be successful in this role you must have:
Proven leadership & management experience Effective selling skills and the ability to drive sales Ability to inspire & motivate teams of people Effective communication and influencing skills Planning & organisational skills
