Our core purpose is promoting healthy active lifestyles, with more people, being more active, more often! We are currently seekingaHealth Club Network Manager to join our senior management team.
As the Network Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for ensuring the successful operation of both ClubFit Baywave, based in Mount Maunganui, and ClubFit Greerton. These are located within two of the five aquatic and leisure facilities in our region that are owned and operated by TCAL.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will draw on your solid foundation of business experience to ensure the efficient operation of all facets of the business.
This includes;
- human resources management,
- accurate financial planning and reporting,
- membership retention and cancellation management,
- membership sales,
- successfully implementing marketing strategies,
- identifying opportunities to grow and develop the ClubFit network and,
- meeting and exceeding established performance targets.

To be successful in this position, you will posses a solid foundation of relevant industry experience developed through holding a range of managerial positions. A tertiary qualification is desirable.
