Au Pair Link is the largest and leading Au Pair agency in Australasia. We are a licensed Early Childhood Education service provider through the Ministry of Education in New Zealand and employ over 20 staff. Au Pair Link is a fun and dynamic company that is based in Auckland, Waikato, BOP, Taranaki, Wellington and Christchurch.
We are now looking for a new Paroll Administratorto join our Auckland team. This is an exciting role that will allow a driven Payroll Administrator to own a growing portfolio of Payroll clients and work to improve our systems and processes.
To fit in with this high pace team you will need to be well presented, have great attention to detail and work as part of a team. This role will be exceptionally busy and demand a lot of dedication from the successful applicant!
Reporting to the Business Manager the role requirements are:
- Processing weekly Payroll service for over 100 clients and growing
- Management and reconciliation of Client Fund Service account
- Attending to all IRD filing requirements monthly
- Assisting clients with payroll setup, attending to all queries and requests
- Maintaining all client records
- Processing and maintaining records of weekly 20 hours ECE subsidy payments
Skills required:
- Experience with payroll processing and software
- Experience with MYOB EXO Payroll and advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Customer focused
- Knowledge of associated payroll legislation
- Work as part of a small but busy team
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- You are highly proficient in using Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word and feel at home on the web
- You have excellent computer skills and type at least 60 words per/minute
- Not essential to have a degree but definitely a bonus

Our office is based in fashionable Parnell and our Management team consists of a group of hardworking, fun and incredibly driven individuals. Our office gets incredibly busy (and sometimes loud) so you will need to be able to tune out and prioritise.
This job comes with a base salary as well as a bonus structure (which is performance based). people who can legally work in New Zealand and have a full drivers licence should apply for this role.
Base salary of $35,000 plus bonus.
