Our client is a well respected design and buildcompany, offering architecture, interior design and project management services to the commercial, hospitality, light industrial and residential markets. They have recently won the tender for national fit-out rollout for a well known commercial client, and as the earthquake rebuild gathers momentum they expect to develop a very healthy pipeline for 2012.
They now require a architect who can think outside the box, working on both design and documentation, and who additionally has an interest / experience in the field of interiors. This is a small butdynamic company, you will be given a high degree of autonomy and as such we are looking for someonewith good levels of self-initiative.
You willbe a qualified architect and a competent ArchiCAD user,additionally youwill have had experience in design and documentation for a range of projects pertaining to the markets described above. You will ideally have had five years industry experience and be comfortable dealing with clients and construction contractors as necessary.
