This is a senior position leading the South Auckland Road Maintenance Contracts based out of the Mt Wellington office. This is a new role to cover the expected growth in the Manukau/Franklin area over the coming year. The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading teams in a collaborative environment with skills in road maintenance, construction and surfacing operations.You will have full responsibility for the financial, planning and operational management of the Southern Road Maintenance Contacts and your responsibilities will include managing and developing staff, customer relationship management, financial reporting, planning and implementation and management of resources together with the daily management overview of contracts.
