Okay, so heres a quick summary:Orion Health is the number one software exporter in NZ (we are NZ owned, so no overseas Head Offices for us!).We create software for the Health sector, primarily for hospitals. (Our software makes a difference to peoples lives this is great for your karma.)While our development teams are based in NZ we have offices all over the world, from Boston (USA) to Palma de Mallorca (Spain). Once you get settled there are some travel opportunities to far off and intriguing destinations, but we wont make you if you like Kiwiland 
It takes hard work to stay at the top AND grow – so were always on the hunt for new talent.At the moment we are particularly keen on hiring some up-and-coming Intermediate level developers. Our teams have a wealth of experience and knowledge to learn from.So far this all sounds great, right? Well as you can imagine we dont take just any software engineer, so heres what were looking for:
- 3+ years software engineering experience
- Outstanding Java coding ability
- Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills (the trickier the problem the better)
- Adaptability and initiative (change is your friend and you dont hide under your desk)
- Ambition (you want to keep learning and improving your skills)
- UI development skills are a plus (we develop web applications)
- A deep and practical working knowledge of the fundamentals
- You enjoy working with a broad range of technologies
