We are also one of the country’s largest asset managers, responsible for managing over 69,000 properties valued at $15.1 billion, and providing housing for over 200,000 people.Reporting to the Principal Customer Insight and as part of the Customer Intelligence, Research and Forecasting team, the Customer Insight Research, Data and Information Analyst will source and analyse external and administrative data as required by the team. A key requirement of this role will be to ensure accuracy of the data and presenting the information in a form that can be readily used by the end user. The ability to use numerical analysis and graphical tools is therefore required for this role.Key Accountabilities include:
- Specialist manipulation of the data using specialist tools, ideally SAS.
- Providing exceptional administrative support to extract data from the database and analysis of the information.
- Working closely with researchers to support customer research and segmentation activities.
As the ideal candidate for this role you will have working knowledge of statistical analysis software expertise in statistical analysis, and familiarity with mapping packages. Tertiary qualification in a numerical discipline would be advantageous.
