We are looking for a graduate or recently graduated Property Manager/Consultant to join our highly regarded Property Services business based in our Westhaven office in Auckland. The purpose of the role is to provide asset management and valuation support, support senior consultants in land acquisition and disposal under the Public Works Act, negotiation, and obtaining land entry agreements. You will also have a small portfolio of properties to manage and prepare monthly client reporting. You will have plenty of support from highly experienced colleagues and be encouraged to take ownership of projects, working closely with clients and other professionals to achieve successful outcomes.
We are ideally looking for a self-motivated team player with:

A relevant qualification in law, valuation, property or resource management. You will also be qualified to bring about a transaction within the meaning of the Real Estate Agents Act 2008;

An understanding of or experience in Public Works Act Acquisitions and Disposals;

Proven communication skills, ability with negotiation and conflict resolution along with sound analytical report writing skills.
