We are also one of the country’s largest asset managers, responsible for managing over 69,000 properties valued at $15.1 billion, and providing housing for over 200,000 people.Reporting to the Principal Customer Insight, and as part of the Customer Intelligence, Research and Forecasting team, the Customer Insight Researcher is responsible for development, delivery and feedback activities in accordance with the customer research programme.Key Accountabilities include:

  • Supporting the planning and scoping of the customer research programme and other relevant pieces of work.
  • Managing tendering processes and working with suppliers.
  • Working collaboratively with Tenancy Management and Asset Portfolio teams to establish and maintain customer feedback channels, processes and information specifications.
  • Setting up feedback analysis methods and tools based on best practices.
  • Undertaking maintenance of customer segmentation framework and undertaking deployment acrossHousing New ZealandCorporation.
  • Producing customer feedback reports in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.

Suitably qualified candidates will hold a Tertiary qualification in market research, or a related discipline.
