The existing Partners have a strong stable teamthey are looking to add to this with the appointment of a high calibreindividual with aspirations ofbecoming an additionalPartner within two years, possibly sooner with a view of succession planning.
They are a boutiquefirm that have built their enviable reputation on the quality of service that they provide and as suchare in the position torely on word of mouth to continue to generate new business. The team is well trained and well rewarded and being a smaller firm there is a real focus on work/life balance.
Despite their size the firm is still very much forward thinking and are looking for someone with new ideas and a fresh approach who can help the firm to continue to grow and bring in new business in areas such as business valuations, advisory and other added value work.
In line with succession planning they are looking for a talented CAwith post qualified experience who is seeking acareer defining move and has serious aspirations of moving into Partnership or Senior Management.
To be considered you will ideally be a Manager at a larger firm wanting more responsibility and autonomy, you must be someone thatcan lead and inspire, whilst still being hands onand that is committed to being part of the future success of this firm.
