Couplands Bakeries is a privately owned company with a successful history in the South Island spanning over 40 years. We currently operate a busy bakery facility servicing 19 Couplands Bakeries stores across the South Island where we sell a huge range of both fresh and frozen food products.
This year we embarked on our expansion into the North Island and on 1st of September commission our brand new bakery and 3rd Retail store in Hamilton.
As our active store roll out continues we will be opening our 4th North Island store in Rotorua late September and are therefore looking for a suitably qualified Store Manager.
We are looking for someone who has previous management experience, preferably within the food industry, a successful track record leading and motivating a team, is motivated by goals and targets and is able to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
