Asthe Store ManagerofHenderson we can offer you theexperience of a diverse, interesting and challenging role.
You will manage the retail operational needs and day-to-day activities for the store and succeed by driving ongoing sales growth and profit.
Yourresponsibilities willinclude:
Providing leadership and guidance to the entire store team
Providing clear direction to the store team regarding required outcomes
Maximising return from promotional activities by ensuring planning and compliance
Communicating regularly with the store team to ensure focus on sales performance
Constantly demonstrating a leadership style that is consistent with Spotlights vision and values
To be considered for this role, you willdemonstrate:
Previous business management success
Ability to facilitate effective team work and lead by example
Strongretail admin skills including rostering and cash management
Strong transactional / POS / cash management/ retail financial experience
