The Bay of Plenty Polytechnic has an exciting opportunity for an energetic person to join our School of Design & Humanities as an Academic Staff Member teaching Anatomy and Physiology for our Health Care Assistant programme. This permanent, full time position is for 37.5 hours per week.The successful candidate will have experience in teaching Anatomy and Physiology and/or Health Science at tertiary level as well as experience with assessment writing and unit standards. In addition, it is vital that applicants have the ability to meet the needs of second time adult learners in a tertiary setting, especially Maori, Pasifika and Mature students. A qualification of at least degree level in Nursing/Sport Science/ or Physiotherapy or a related field is essential.
