Our client,is a privately ownedNew Zealand company specialising in providing brand representation by way of a full financial and logistics service to consumer packaged goods companies across the world. In addition they also provide sales representation for private label and industrial products.
They are now seeking:
SALES & MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR
Our client is seeking a highly motivated person who wishes to work in this important sales and marketing support role. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager and the Key Account Managers, you will ensure the successful implementation of marketing, sales strategiesand publicity campaigns.
In order to be successful for this role, youwill have:
  • A marketing, salesor communications backround
  • Ability to convert a lead into a sale
  • Background or degree in marketing
  • An understanding of social media marketing and on-line advertising
  • Public Relations experience, with an ability to write and communicate well.
  • Experience with brand management
  • Market research and analysis
  • Internal reporting
  • Stock Management
  • Promotional fund management
  • Forecasting
  • key account management support
The successful applicant will haveexcellent organisation, administration and computer skills, a can do attitude, and have previous expereince in price surveys, distribution surveys and sample preparation.Have awilling and flexible attitude, be a team player, a people person andthrive on deadlines and tight timeframes.
Ourclient is seeking a candidate that canthink outside the square, effectively pre-empt the needs of others, and most importantly take pride in your work both personally and professionally.
Applicants must have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry (prefereable food or bevrages), have advances MS office skills and have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
