Our client, a leading New Zealand software consultancy is looking for a Business Change Manager to join their team. Based in the Auckland CBD the primary goal of this role is to effectively manage organisational change, doing so with minimal disruption to the business.To be considered for this role you should have
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience manging and delivering organisational change programmes into medium-sized companies
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of IT methodologies (Product Lifecycle, Software Development Lifecycle, ITIL Framework etc)
