We are seeking expression of interest for a Credit Risk and Reporting Manager to join the Auckland operation. Working closely with the Senior Risk Manager, as part of the central risk unit, you will be responsible for managing a small team, who is oversee credit analysis, ongoing reporting and risk management of the wholesale and retail operations.
Specific duties include:

Leading a team of three Analysts

Project management of credit related initiatives including Basel II and III requirements

Business Intelligence and Management reporting
-
Compliance monitoring and regulatory, obligation monitoring

Credit analysis
The successful professional will come with a track record in banking, will be well versed in Credit Analysis, Performance, Management and/or Business Intelligence reporting and will have prior people leadership – mentoring experience. In addition, it is essential that this person has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
