We have a great opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join our ICT Division in a busy and varied role providing a high level of customer service support.
As the Customer Support Advisor your main focus will be on delivering high quality ICT services to management and staff. In this role you will have the opportunity to build productive working relationships across all areas of the business, enabling and supporting their ICT business requirements.
With no two days the same, you will be involved with providing support to users, contributing to the release of IT communications and assisting in the development of operating procedures, all within a positive and supportive team environment.
We are looking for someone with:
- knowledge of office ICT systems
- knowledge of mobile technology is desirable
- experience in prioritising and managing customer expectations
- a proven track record of building productive relationships and networks
- a tertiary qualification in a relevant field or relevant work experience
