Based inthe CBDthis progressive lending organisation needs an experiencedto lead their credit approvals team.Youll be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of Analysts, managing work flows, analysing high end deals, and making sound lending decisions.
A large part of this role is taking action in relation to changing policies and procedures, being involved in projects, systems and understanding that managed change is the challenge to take the business to the next level!
Youll have a proven background and in-depth knowledge within business or commercial lending, strong people management skills, previous experience managing daily operations. Youll be a top communicator, highly motivated and not afraid of hard work!
