Often this team will step in once the general scope and consultation on a project is done on planned capital and renewal works in the western region. Projects can include the likes of artificial and sand sports fields, footbridges, playground upgrades and new lighting improvements, just to name a few.

Ideally, your project management experience will include parks environment experience, as this will hold you in good stead when it comes to understanding the issues and impacts of projects on the local communities’ usage of their local parks. Staff management experience is preferred too. Naturally, you will already have strong relationship building and negotiation skills.Experience with MS Project and confidence with MS Excel to an intermediate level is necessary, as is a full, clean, driver’s licence.
