We are looking to appoint a talented individual to manage our information services division and lead our team of talented survey professionals supporting our nationwide consultants and clients, from our Auckland office.Leading by example as a member of the management team in a professional services environment, you will be managing our nationwide and industry specific sector market surveys to provide our clients and consultants with the most effective comparative information and tools to benchmark remuneration and rewards packages. You and your team of professional remuneration analysts develop, produce and distribute a range of remuneration surveys, data solutions and other information services to meet identified client and industry needs. This critical role will require you to manage resources (time, people, data, and budgets), become involved in market and business development, manage a range of concurrent projects, play a key role in the development of new product offerings and make a strategic contribution at the management table. Highly analytical and with the ability to interpret data and write interpretative reports based on statistical information, you will have experience in a similar industry sector or service delivery environment such as market research, along with knowledge of modern information systems and relational databases. You will also have demonstrated your ability to manage multiple projects and balance resource requirements, often with competing demands.
