Fantastic Part Time Opportunities available to join this well known, reputable insurance company in their Contact Centre.
We have 12 permanent vacancies available for Customer Service STARS to join this busy inbound contact centre in aPart Time capacity.
Training starts on Monday 22 August and you MUST be able to commit to the training hours for 5 weeks.
Training will run Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening – 5pm – 7.30pm and all day Saturday 9am – 4pm.
If you can’t do all of these hours for the entire training period then unfortunately we can’t progress with your application.
Once training is finished, you will then be rostered onto one of the following threeFIXED shifts (where you can select your preference)
Shift 1: 23 hours per week. Saturday & Monday Morning (4 hr shifts) plus two full days (2 x 7.5hr shifts)
Shift 2: 23.5 hours per week. Monday – Thursday either all mornings or all afternoons (4 hr shifts) plus full day on Friday (7.5hrs)
Shift 3: 26.5 hours per week. Sunday full day (7.5 hrs), Monday morning (4 hrs) plus two other full days (2 x 7.5 hrs shifts)
Please note, the call centre is open between 8am – 8pm Monday – Sunday so shifts will fall between these hours.
These shifts are non-negotiable and you must be able to commit to one of the three shifts available. Please note as these roles require you to work more than 20 hours per week, you will not be eligible to apply if you are on a Student Visa. You must be eligible to work permanently in New Zealand.
If you are successful, you’ll be answering inbound calls from customers and helping them with general enquires and promoting their products and services by up selling and cross selling.
It’s a busy contact centre and we are looking for applicants who having previous customer service experience, outstanding communication skills and those who are computer literate. You need to have a solid, stable work history and be able to commit to these permanent part time hours for the next couple of years.
