We are looking for a skillful manager who has proven experience in the Civil Construction Industry. You will have had the autonomous experience of managing contracts/projects from tendering through to the close out of physical works and everything in between. You will be familiar with NZS3910 and the Construction Contracts Act. You will be well versed in using these principals to get the job completed within the timeframe, budget and claim entitlements. In addition, you will have a history of success in managing staff and subcontractors coupled with creating excellent working relationships with clients.As Project Manager, you will have a minimum of ten years experience in civil infrastructure and/or roading project management to effectively manage all aspects of the projects from scheduling, costing and industrial relations to client liaison.
