This position starts permanently on 14th November 2011 with 12 weeks full time training but with the Christmas to New Year period off work! Once training has completed in February, the hours change to part time (20 hours per week over evenings & weekends to fit in with your study schedule).

What will you be doing?
Working within a team focused and modern environment you will be answering inbound calls from residential customers; assisting with their enquiries and maximising the opportunity to up sell on services and products where possible.
What do you need?
Ideally you will have customer service experience either in retail, hospitality or call centre environments. Key attributes we are looking for arereliability, enthusiasm, developed communication skills and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers.
The interviews for these positions will be held over the next 2 weeks & the positions start full-time in November.
