Exceptional opportunity for a talented HR practitioner to join the team of one of New Zealands largest manufacturers.
Working closely with the leadership team you will provide support to managers in a number of areas including facilitation, organisational development, performance management, coaching, policy recommendations, change management, remuneration and rewards, team building, employee and industrial relations, leadership development and coaching.
As HR Manager you will have accountability for the delivery of an excellent standard of best practice HR support and advice to the operations team on the full spectrum of generalist HR functions. In addition this position will have accountability for the delivery of national initiatives developed to meet strategic objectives.
To ensure success in this role a strong background in HR is essential along with a relevant tertiary qualification. You will also have a good knowledge and understanding of current HR legislation and best practice along with experience in a manufacturing or unionised environment.
