- demonstrated experience in building capability in teams
- demonstrated delivery of process improvement
- sound analytical and problem solving ability
- exceptional communication and presentation skills
- demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training material
- demonstrated experience in Lean Manufacturing or Manufacturing excellence programmes
