We are looking for a commercial agent to specialise in sales in the Wellington area.We are a small boutique “metro” agency who has offices in Wellington and Auckland. We have been operating for 7 years almost exclusively in office and retail leasing.We now are receiving requests to sell commercial propertyand we need a person to drive this initiative.Our Auckland office are sales oriented and the successful applicant will be able to leverage off the opportunities created by our team based there.The successful applicant will be someone with at least 5 years experience in commercial sales.The principal has over 40 years experience in commercial property including valuation and leasing so the successful applicant will be able to access the principal’s huge knowledge base.
