The Funded Programmes team has been established to facilitate, broker, support and manage the various funding programmes and initiatives that Family and Community Services (FACS) are responsible for. This involves coordination across FACS, both within National Office and across the regions, as well as across the sector.The role of the Team Manager Funding and Contracting is to manage and lead the funding, contracting and monitoring processes within the Funded Programmes team. This includes the development and ongoing review of systems and processes that are understood by regional and national office teams, meeting the reporting needs of FACS, and ensuring training and support is delivered as required.
The role also involves project management, problem solving any present contract issues, ensuring contracts are issued and payments are made in a timely manner and developing templates and guidelines as required.
We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to successfully lead this established team. To be highly successful within this position, you will possess superior technical skills and be well skilled/experienced within planning, business process designs, reporting, reconciliations and project work.
A sound knowledge and working experience within Community, Funding and Contracting, as well as staff management is preferred.
