Pagani is looking for a passionate, savvy hand on Manager who has experience in multi site managing within the fashion Industry, to become part of our Head Office team to manage 6 of our 35 retail stores for the Wellington Region.We are looking for someone excited about Fashion and able to teach, train and encourage staff in excellent customer service. Someone who has experience dealing with Sales training, shrinkage, rosters and wage expenditure and visual merchandising.As an Area Manager for Pagani you will:-Recruit and develop Managers and all staff who love selling and working with Fashion.-Motivate your teams with your own enthusiasm, industry flare, great service and product knowledge-Proactively lead, motivate and develop teams to deliver excellent customer service.-Improve teams to the next level with succession planning, goal setting and constant coaching on performance.-Monitor and control store expense lines.Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained to visually enhance our brand-Enjoy and thrive on team environments with multiple personalities.-Work collectively along side, visual merchandising, buying and the sales team to proactively enhance sales.This role will be based in Wellington with travel to Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Otaki, Coastlands, Palmerston North and Masterton.If you are looking for a challenging and exciting environment in fast fashion, you have the drive to succeed and are passionate about people and you think this role sounds like you;Please send your CV and cover letter to:PaganiPO Box 15-154New LynnAucklandOr email jobs@pagani.co.nz
