Our client is seeking a Human Resource Advisor to manage the delivery of all HR activities that enable the company to meet it’s strategic direction, vision and operational objectives.
Based in Horowhenua you will be part of an elite and dynamic team and working for a leading company in it’s field. You will have a professional approach, excellent communication skills and be a strategic thinker.

- Payroll Processing
- Compliance to Statutory Requirements
- Information Provider/Customer Service
- Strategy, Policy and Legislation
- Recruitment, Induction and Retention
- Training, Development & Performance
- Health & Safety
Specific Knowledge and Experience
- Employment relations legislations
- Payroll and Practical experience in the delivery of payroll processing services
- A good degree of computer literacy
- High level of personal motivation and initiative
- Attention to detail and accuracy with data input
- Planning and organising capability
Hours of work 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday flexibility is a must. Salary will depend on experience.
