SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL SENIOR LEADER or MANAGER
A leader in food ingredients and operations across NZ, Australia and America, this company is recognised for the quality of it’s products and services across the Agricultural sector. Due to ongoing sustainable growth, a new exciting leadership Health and Safety position has been created. We are looking for a stand out leader to be part of this dynamic global organisation. The successful person will be providing Leadership in Safety, Health and Environment. Reporting through to Australia you will be providing Technical and professional advice to the NZ Division.
Your role will be key in the ongoing development, implementation and measurement of the ANZ Environmental, Health and Safety Management System. You will also facilitate the development and execution o f the SHE Divisional Plan. This is an operational role providing full SHE support to the NZ leadership team.
This role is not for the faint hearted. As a bare minimum you will need:
- History in a leadership Health and Safety role in NZ or Aus of 5years plus.
- Naturally you will be a strategic thinker and planner with a visionary approach.
- Proven history of Continuous Business Improvements to enhance and streamline business processes.
- Extensive knowledge of NZ OHS legislation, Regulations and Codes of Practice.
- Ability to plan, organize and follow through on SHE plans and initiatives.
