In terms of the opportunity on offer, you would be given a warm permanent desk concentrating on the white collar construction sector. You will be working with a professional level of candidate from Engineers through to Project Directors, and your clients will range from small boutique Project Management businesses through to well-known construction brands. This sector is currently extremely busy and has recovered to pre-recession levels, not only that you would have candidates and clients to work with from day one. The ideal candidate for this role would have some recruitment experience, but this by no means needs to be extensive, and this can be in any sector. This opportunity very much gives you the opportunity to further develop your recruitment skills and experience; they are not necessarily looking for the finished article.
