The Group Reporting Manager is part of the Finance team charged with providing leadership, governance and direction for the worldwide finance activities that supports the competitive position and financial profile of the business.
Key Accountabilities include:

To take a leadership role in the preparation of all monthly consolidated financial information. This includes regular monthly financial reports, management reports, board reports, statutory and regulatory financial statements and returns, annual budget process

To ensure that Group complies with relevant statutory, NZX, audit and shareholder reporting requirements.

Undertake general analysis and

accounting advisory activity; including merger and acquisition activities, joint ventures, equity accounting, brand valuations, Shareholders reporting and other adhoc projects as they occur.

To assist with the preparation of the Group Reporting budget, identifying process and business improvement opportunities (value add), co-ordinating and distributing Group Reporting timetables.

To lead and manage a team of accountants including performance reviews and personal administration.
