I am seeking an experienced candidate for an ongoing temporary assignment to lead the divisional customer service and credit team providing staff training, implementing credit policies and process improvements, providing advice in relation to credit risk, analysis and presentation of reporting to the wider business.
This New Zealand owned company, based in Mt Wellington has been providing solutions to businesses for over 30 years. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to:
- Train and develop customer service and credit staff
- Develop strong relationships with stake holders
- Provide monthly reporting to management
- Ensure the team achieves agreed service levels and KPIs
